Private by design

Document text is processed in memory. The app does not save documents, results, or scan history to disk, and sends no document text or rules to an external service. Saved rules remain in a separate local settings file.

A useful check, with limits

A passing scan is not a guarantee that a document is safe to publish. This version checks text and Markdown; PDF, Word, custom regular expressions, and whole-folder scans are not supported.
